Any additional shipping charges, such as tariffs, are the responsibility of the buyer. If these fees are not paid and the item is returned to us, any shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
All of our packaging is fully home compostable - please dispose of it according to the instructions on the package. You can even reuse it by cutting along the dotted line once you receive your order!
We do not accept returns for change of mind, but if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please take a photo before use of the item and packaging, and contact us within 14 business days. Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s discretion.
