WHY?

More women in the water = more representation

The dive industry still has a long way to go. Women make up less than 30% of recreational scuba divers and only 20% of freedivers worldwide. That's a huge gap - not just in numbers, but in representation, visibility, and voices being heard.

With all of the challenges women already face, this is a barrier that deserves to be broken down.
